Reducing Effect on Early Stage of the Gingivitis by Use of Vibratory Gingival Stimulator and the Low Frequency Wave Unit

Abstract


Objective: The purpose of the study was to stimulate the tissue in the proper development of the instrument as well as applying the appropriate stimulus intensity.

Methods: We measured the changes in clinical indices and observed the tissues for a comparative analysis in order to develop a stimulator to stimulate gingiva properly and find the appropriate strength and time of stimulus.

Results: Microscopic pathology results, basal layer hyperplasia in 7 days after treatment in group Minocycline HCl weak (¡¾) as was found after 14 days treatment with moderate (£«£«), respectively. Stimulate proliferation of basal layer and vibratory gingival stimulator group and the low frequency wave stimuli in the group after 7 days and 14 days after treatment in both the mild (£«), respectively. Microscopic pathology results, formation of blood vessels in the treated group at 7 days Minocycline HCl weak (¡¾) was found to be, vibratory gingival stimulator group and the low frequency wave in group mild (£«), respectively. And after 14 days treatment all three groups showed that blood vessel formation (?). Microscopic pathology results, after 7 days in the groups of Minocycline HCl in the inflammatory cells were few, after 14 days in all groups compared in both groups (self-healing group) was lower than that.

Conclusion: Minocycline inhibition of inflammation was more effective in administration, proliferative basal cell layer is mitigated by the vibratory gingival stimulator group and the low frequency wave stimuli were stimulated Minocycline HCl was well aware of the more efficient administration and vibratory gingival stimulator stimulation and low frequency wave stimulation can be used to mitigate both the gingivitis were considered.
